Amazing support

Hi,
I want to thank you for your amazing support. I'm a mum to two girls, 15 and 12. Recently, I had my first-ever serious argument with my oldest, and it really got to me. I cried because I didn't expect her to talk to me like that. I went online to find help, wanting to fix things without messing up our relationship. I found your podcast, and now it's part of my Saturday routine. It made me realise we're entering a new phase, and I need to adjust how I relate to my daughter as she grows up.
