Snapchat: I listened to the podcast twice, then sat and listened to it with my son.

I listened to the podcast twice this morning during my run and then I sat and listened to it with my son. Pausing it at times to discuss. He admitted he was addicted to the Snapchat score or whatever it is called, but he is no longer that bothered about it. He struggles socially at school and seems to find it hard to make good friendships. He feels the boys he does try to make friends with end up pushing him around and bullying him. So I feel he was trying extra hard with Snapchat to try and fit in.

We discussed how it makes him feel when he has been on his phone for a long time, and he explained it can make him feel grumpy. We then discussed how doing other real life things make him feel good. We also discussed other issues that your podcasts have covered. Food and bigorexia. He gets pushed around and called skinny, so that led to these conversations. Thanks so much. Your support means a lot and has really helped.
